It was built specifically for experiments on solids separation from acidic aqueous solutions.<\/p>\n<p>In the version described here, the unit has a tubular module (here: type MD 090 TP 2N) with 1 m\u00b2 membrane area. The flexibly designed mounting device allows the adaption of different membrane module and\/or pressure pipes. Via external connections, the unit can also be operated directly on site in the bypass of a production plant. This enables a wide range of experiments and piloting.<\/p>\n<p>The unit described here is designed on customer request as a semi-automatically system. However, it can also be performed fully automated. The process parameters are variable and can be adjusted at any time. All measurement and control data can optionally be recorded, standardized and visualized via an external acquisition system.
