Based on a process analysis or your process idea, SIMA-tec develops a process concept in tight coordination with you. The potential for implementing this concept is then verified in preliminary tests (laboratory or pilot tests). If the feasibility of the process is shown in these experiments, an initial evaluation of the economic viability can be performed using the determined process parameters. After an optional verification of the determined data in a pilot step, the development leads to the creation of a requirements specification. This allows the realization of the process idea.
